There are many volunteer positions to choose from, including unloading the tractor trailer that arrives each month from Feed America food, stocking our shelves in the food pantry, putting together the boxes of food we distributed, and being a caseworker who sits down with clients to assess their their situation and how we may be able to help. Some volunteers work several days a week, while many work as little as once a month. Serving as a volunteer not only lets you help people in need but lets you meet our other wonderful volunteers. Speak with one of our volunteer coordinators for details.Donating your time and effort will make a difference in the lives of Berkeley County residents.
Call us at (304) 263-3940 CCAP or visit us at 336 S Queen Street to discuss the ways you can help.
If you are not able to serve as a volunteer, you may also help us by taking the initiative to share information about CCAP / Loaves and Fishes with your church congregation, friends and business associates, or arranging to have a Board Member speak at your organization.
